Overdale sandiway Cheshire

We have been back out to overdale today, this is an ongoing contract we have already completely renovated sixty sliding sash windows in the first phase .

Now we are about to move on to phase two the old stables and the new extension block , this will entail about sixteen sash windows to restore and several new windows.

Update on Llandudno project

Just pretty much the same stuff going on today , we are still hard at it on the large Georgian property in Chester , i am hard at it in the office putting some tenders together for some large projects.

The workshop is busy making ten new sash windows for a Victorian town house in Llandudno , North Wales.

 

 

 

 

North Wales Coast

We have been down on the North Wales coastline today to tender for a large hotel conversion, it looks like about 100 windows in total and a proportion of new windows to match the existing ones.

It is just Kensingtons tendering for the sash window restoration work plus one of our high quality competitors , we will keep you informed on this one.

The old courthouse St Asaph , Denbighshire , North Wales

This is a new one we have been so survey , it is a grade ll listed building in the heart of St Asaph, Denbighshire.

We have been asked to submit a detailed survey and costing for the complete sash window restoration of 26nr sash windows and draught proof.

Also to fit slimlite double glazing to the sash windows.

Sorry we have been away for a while a few technical issues.

We are still ongoing with the sash window restoration work at  dee house in Chester, Cheshire.
